I installed this doorbell myself and it took me about 5 minutes. Very easy to install and set up with main unit. I love it. I love how it looks too.

I bought this for my front door and used the one that came with the actual bell for my back door. The trim on my front door is black so it fits in perfectly. The button is large and stiff with a flexible rubber cover. I think its just right and you know the bell rang (assuming all the batteries are good). It is easy to install and activate, but I could see some night-time vandals pulling it off the base.

We liked this doorbell so much we ordered another one for another home we own. Husband mounted on a small piece of plexiglass on metal siding and we have never had a problem. Have a extra button in garage in case someone needs help.
