My dog loves this bag and took to it right away. He even hopes in if I hold it open for him! the air filled pad is comfortable for him and the cross body strap makes carrying him a breeze. I love that this bag doesn't scream "look! it's a dog!" I can carry him into a coffee shop to pick up a coffee before our morning walk. He doesn't make a peep, so he must be pretty happy.

Update: After 5 months of heavy use the zipper has broken. I did get a lot of use out of this bag and love the design, but I think they should have used a better quality zipper.

I bought this bag for my 10 pound shih tzu. I was uncomfortable with the quality the day I received it, but there were 2 excellent reviews. On the very first use, as I lifted the dog in the bag, the zipper tore away from the bag. Maybe the company should concentrate more on the bag quality than on the silly fleece and water bowl that they include. STICK with a SHERPA!!

Bag is smaller than stated dimensions. Actual sizes are 15 in. Long, 7 in. Wide, 11 in. Tall. Perfect to carry my 12 lb. little buddy around.
