Great item, if you like beeroast chicken then this is the cooker you need, you get your meat and vegies, all in one pan.

As far as the function of this beeroaster, it was well constructed and user friendly. It deserves a 5 star rating for that. BUT

I'm a texture person. I wanted roasted chix, not boiled. I suppose since there's so much liquid (white wine, onions, garlic) that's where the boiling comes from vs "flavor infusing". When I sat down to clean the chix, the texture was a boiled/steamed effect. BTW, I was not impressed with the flavor infusing either. I will give it one more try on the grill, although I'm not sure why.

I suggest spraying the beeroaster with Pam for easy cleanup.
Any suggestions on what to do with a plate of boiled chix?

Short and sweet: does a very good job just make sure you have clearance in your oven ( I had to use the lowest most rung) I used beer and seasoning salt and it turned out great. Next chicken I am thinking either orange or grape soda to see how that will work.
