I originally had a model kj31 for over 20 years. It just gave out. I purchased this new one and have spend considerable time in the instructions. It is no where the machine that the old model was. Very difficult to use. Very difficult to use as a concordance.

The response is too slow, and there's not a smooth transition to scroll through the verse when you're reading. You have to use the arrow to scroll as you're reading and it blinks every time the screen changes to bring up the next line. You can only read one line at a time, then there's a pause between hitting the arrow and the next line coming up.
Waste of money and time.

We do a lot of traveling to the Philippines and this is a great way to carry our bible it was a great deal and we love the white keys on it because sometimes we are at places that do not have good lighting and it was hard to see the red and gold keys.
